Giving to the Museum

A great history of giving is celebrated at the Ella Sharp Museum of Art and History. Never more so than at the recent opening of two new galleries and increased education resource, community meeting and collection storage space.
In the past year, two significant donations have brought national recognition to the Museum -- the Andrews Collection of Wildlife Art and Philip C. Curtis' Memorial painting -- both of which are now part of our permanent collection.
Every contribution you make is equally valuable to the Museum and, more importantly, valuable to your community. I believe your generosity inspires others.
To continue The Ella's legacy of presenting dynamic visual arts and inspiring historical exhibitions we invite you to consider the following giving opportunities:
- contributions to our Annual Fund which support operations, special needs and acquisitions
- contributions to our Endowment which support unique, hands-on educational programs and provide for the perpetual care of the 10-acre campus and historical buildings
- Planned Gift contributions made through your estate such as a bequest in a will; establishment of a trust or endowment fund; a gift of life insurance or annuities; gifts of appreciated property, such as stocks or securities to create your own living legacy.
With your support the Museum can continue to serve, to inspire and to improve the quality of life in our community. Our Development Department is ready to answer any questions you may have in choosing how best to get involved.
For over four decades, a collaborative partnership has been forged between the Museum and the community. It is the generosity of people just like you, who recognize and value the Museum's mission, for which I am truly grateful.
Sincerely,
Lynnea A. Loftis
